Bidsmith’s tender writing team has helped to write another winning tender submission. This was a complex government tender for nation-wide training services and required us to project manage many stakeholders to create a very detailed response. Because we have worked on many complex bids and proposals, our tender consulting team was more than able to meet and exceed our client’s requirements and expectations.

In one of this year’s biggest results so far, Bidsmith’s tender consultants have helped a multi-national client secure a long-term Defence sustainment and maintenance contract. This is a clear demonstration of how our tender writing services deliver enormous value to our clients.

Bidsmith’s tender response service has delivered another great result. Recently we used our government tender and proposal experience to help a major consortium partner be shortlisted from an Expression of Interest (EOI) process. In this instance our client wanted a tender consulting service to help them manage their part of a major multi-party proposal.

A new client came to us with a short-notice challenge. They had recently become aware of an ideal tender opportunity via one of the government tender websites but only had a limited time available to respond to the tender.

While they did know how to write a tender, this opportunity was very important and they decided to use a tendering company to help write a winning submission.

A returning customer asked Bidsmith to provide tender preparation services for a Digital Transformation Agency tender. Government tenders form lots of their revenue so this was an important contract to secure. Our tender consultants worked on the tender submission for the complete tender period and the result was a successful bid.
