Katherine - Provision of Cleaning Services to 32 Giles Street for Period of 24 Months

The Department of Tourism and Hospitality, Parks and Wildlife and Bushfires NT Divisions require an experienced cleaning Contractor for the provision of cleaning services at 32 Giles Street Katherine (main office building and Bushfires NT building) for a period of 24 months.Cleaning Services includes;Cleaning products that only contain ingredients that are readily biodegradable and be purchased in quantities that minimise the amount of packaging used and delivered in bulk or concentrated form.Cleaning services to be conducted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, weekly, monthly and as required when instructed.All materials, cleaning products and equipment in order to carry out these services must be supplied by the Contractor.
