001757 - One Tree Hill Streetscape Upgrade - Concept Design

Hassell conducted a One Tree Hill Design Framework in 2010. One of the key projects identified in the One Tree Hill Urban Design Framework was a Blacktop Road Streetscape Upgrade to enhance the main street as the central place of activity, pedestrian movement, shopping, informal socialising and town character. The key aims of the project are to improve the identity and appearance of the centre and the experience for pedestrians, while facilitating safe traffic movement and convenient parking. The purpose of this procurement is to undertake a concept design for Blacktop Road, One Tree Hill, specifically between Rose Terrace and Jordan Drive (One Tree Hill Streetscape Upgrade).
