Field Service enhancements are intended to address features associated with Proactive Audit functionality that are yet to be delivered, including editing audit data via the Field Service Mobile App, creating inspections whilst offline, pre-programming, and refinements to existing functionality to enhance daily usage of the solution.?
The outcomes of this engagement (Field Services Phase 3) will ensure the Field Services solution becomes fully embedded in operational practices within the Building Technical and Inspectorate business area, delivering -
*Proactive audits that fully leverage the solution
*Field users equipped for full mobility (including offline)
*Senior management with the ability to measure tangible improvements in service quality, compliance, and system adoption.
This ITO encompasses two (2) phases of work, a Discovery and Design Phase and a Delivery Phase and invites value-for-money proposals that can clearly demonstrate experience with comparable projects that have delivered successful outcomes. Offerors are to be Salesforce certified partners and show a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Field Services solution. Proposed roles allocated to the engagement are to hold the relevant Salesforce Field Services certifications.
