Design and Construction of Karrawirra Parri (River Torrens) Footbridge - Expression of InterestAs part of the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project, the Karrawirra Parri Bridge will be constructed at the apex of the bend in the River Torrens, adjacent to the junction of Adam Street and River Street, Thebarton.
