Mount Morgan Mine Painting Interior and Exterior of Old Buildings

The scope of work includes all necessary surface preparation, application of primer, sealer (if required), and paint to achieve a high-quality, durable finish along with a thorough clean-up of the work area upon completion.

This project is made up of six (6) “Areas” associated with the General Office and General Managers buildings, including clean up. Suppliers are required to submit an itemised quote for each Area that is inclusive of costs associated with materials, labour, and any other relevant expenses for each area. Please note that the final scope of work to be undertaken will be determined at the sole discretion of the Customer, based on the total cost and available budget. The Customer reserves the right to proceed with the painting of all Areas or a subset of Areas.
