The Yahl Soldiers Memorial Hall was established in 1919 in memory of fallen soldiers through World War 1. The Hall has an approximate area of 250m² and can accommodate between 100-150 people at one time. The Hall has bathrooms internally and public toilets adjacent, the Hall has a stage, storage areas and a fully functioning kitchen.Currently, there is no formalised car parking at the Yahl Soldiers Memorial Hall. Vehicles now park on the grass, meaning the grass wears with traffic. This poses a traffic and pedestrian safety hazard around the Yahl Hall. The construction of a formalised carpark will provide a solution to traffic hazards, pedestrian safety, disability access and inclusion, connecting paths to nearby amenities, and add an aesthetic entrance to the Yahl Hall.
