The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the Kings Reserve (West) Redevelopment, (the Works). The Council will enter into a Contract for Works with the successful Tenderer.Kings Reserve is a much-loved open space located on Ashwin Parade and South Road, Torrensville, within the City of West Torrens. Council is committed to enhancing the value of this regional-level reserve through the development of an updated masterplan, investing to ensure it meets the evolving recreational, environmental, cultural, and connectivity needs of the community. The masterplan envisages a multi-use destination park providing a range of passive and active recreation opportunities, improved connectivity, enhanced accessibility, an inclusive playscape, skateboarding/BMX facilities, nature play, high-quality landscaping, public amenities, and interpretive cultural and heritage elements.Please refer to the RFT for further information.
