WCQ620 Rehabilitation Services Provider Panel

WorkCover Queensland has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of establishing a Rehabilitation Services Provider Panel (RSPP). The opportunity allows WorkCover Queensland to:

• review the current panel for the RSPP services to insure they continue to meet WorkCover’s needs:

• consideration of new speciality services to be more transparent and enable CAs to directly refer rather than contacting the providers first to ascertain if they offer these additional specialty services;

• Establish a panel with the flexibility to utilise the expertise of panel members as needed by Workcover; and

• ensure adequate coverage for all regions throughout Queensland of core services by appointing Providers in areas of high demand and as a result of recent trends.

• reflection on current state requirements within the Workers’ Compensation scheme to ensure the contract and Service Level Standards (SLS) Attachment 2 - Service Level Standards.docx are updated to provide a robust framework that supports the ongoing service needs of WorkCover’s RSPP services. This includes additional services such as:
