Concrete Maturity Method

Powerlink Queensland is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and compliant providers to supply equipment and technology to support the use of the Concrete Maturity Method in its construction projects, in compliance with ASTM C1074. This will include:

• Supply of sensors, thermocouples and any other equipment that can capture temperature in-situ, and record data at set time intervals.
• Capability to store this data offline, as well as upload in real time when appropriate connection is available.
• Access to maturity data and reporting via a supporting platform.
• Use of the Nurse Saul and Arrhenius maturity functions to calculate a maturity curve index applicable for any concrete mix design.
• Provide method(s) for calibration and ensure that it is done in accordance with relevant standards.
