QED 5642 2025 Camp Hill SS - Administration Refurbishment (Eligible PQC contractors)

This Tender is part of the as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program and encompasses the Design,

Certification, Construction and Refurbishment of Block E at Camp Hill SS, located at 676 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill

QLD 4152.

The scope of works includes the refurbishment of Blocks E including but not limited to relocating the administration hub

to Block E. All works are to be completed by May 2026.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

? Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

? Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1m

Minimum PQC Level 2 Eligibility required.

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless

the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher)

and categories for which the tender is invited.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are

required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
