Queensland Police Service, Marine Fleet Services on behalf of Queensland Water Police, Marine Rescue Queensland (MRQ) and State Emergency Services (SES) is seeking to implement a panel of surveyors for ongoing periodic and renewal survey requirements on the organisation’s fleet throughout the state of Queensland.
The current QPS waterborne fleet comprises approximately 440 vessels with a measured length ranging from 4.7 to 24 m, with a geographical spread across the state of Queensland.
The Scope of works aims to engage the services of qualified Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) Domestic Commercial Vessel (DCV) Marine Surveyors to conduct comprehensive periodic, renewal, quality assurance and conditional surveys on the current and future QPS fleet within the state of Queensland.
