Queensland Health is seeking to engage with the market to gather information about the supply of Texture Modified Food products that are currently commercially available and actively sold, labelled, and advertised as International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) Level 7 (Easy to Chew), and comply with IDDSI terminology, colours, and consistency requirements.
