The Small Business Development Corporation (Corporation) is an agency of approximately 75 staff that that provides practical support to small business through advisory, dispute resolution services, policy and advocacy, training programs and leads WA Government grant assistance to the small business sector across Western Australia. The Small Business Development Corporation requires the implementation and ongoing support of a Finance and Payroll System.
At a high level, it is expected that the proposed Finance System will cover the following key functional areas/modules:
- Financials (general ledger and reporting)
- Asset management
- Supply chain (requisition, purchase orders, receipting)
- Enterprise budgeting
The proposed Human Resources and Payroll System will cover the following key functional areas/modules:
- Human resources and payroll
- Organisational management
- Reporting and data warehousing (including HR reporting/analytics)
