: The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) is releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) to provide road maintenance services in the Grampians Maintenance Region, Loddon Mallee Maintenance Region and Metro Eastern Maintenance Region. Maintenance services will be procured as separate contract packages for each of these three regions, with the scope of works under each contract package expected to include routine and planned road maintenance services for road, roadside and structural assets. The anticipated contract start date for each region is 1 July 2026. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the tender process, Tenderers are required to: a. be prequalified under the DTP Prequalification Scheme at or above the prequalification levels shown in Table 1; or b. have applied for prequalification under the DTP Prequalification Scheme at or above the prequalification levels shown in Table 1 for all prequalification levels not held. Tenderers intending to apply for prequalification are encouraged to inform the Tender Manager at the earliest opportunity via [email protected] to facilitate support from the DTP Prequalification Team. Tenderers must be prequalified under the DTP Prequalification Scheme at or above all the levels shown in Table 1 by 2.00pm (AEDT) 23 December 2025. Where two or more Tenderers wish to submit a tender under a joint venture or other similar type of arrangement, between them they must as a minimum hold all the nominated prequalification levels, including at least one Tender Participant holding the required full financial level, to be eligible to submit a Tender. Evidence of: a. prequalification under the DTP Prequalification Scheme at or above the prequalification levels shown in Table 1; and/or b. confirmation from the DTP Prequalification Team of submission of a satisfactory application for all prequalification levels shown in Table 1 not held by the Party(s). 2. The attached Confidentiality and Disclaimer Deed Poll, completed and having been signed by an appropriate company representative. 3. Contact details of up to three nominees to access the EDR, including: a. Company Name b. Name and position c. Contact numbers d. Contact email Parties that register interest and that satisfy the DTP Prequalification Scheme eligibility requirements detailed above, will receive an email confirmation to register for access to the Electronic Data Room (EDR) for the RFT. The EDR will open at 10.00am (AEDT) Wednesday 1 October 2025. This RFT closes at 2.00pm (AEDT) 23 December 2025. Post tender negotiations may be conducted.
