Request for Information - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution
The Department is seeking information on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to modernise and streamline its core business processes. This RFI aims to explore current market capabilities, indicative costs, and implementation approaches for ERP Solutions. Respondents are requested to provide detailed insights into their solutions, focusing on functionality, scalability, and integration capabilities. The information gathered will guide the development of the Department's business case, influencing the determination of appropriate funding levels and procurement strategy for a potential future ERP implementation. This RFI is an exploratory step and not a procurement process; no evaluations or contract awards will result from this stage.
