Lawn Mowing and Garden Maintenance Services

Colac Area Health wishes to appointment a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide lawn mowing and other garden maintenance services to multiple sites in Colac (Victoria) for at least the next 3 years.

Colac Area Health recognises that this contract presents a great opportunity for it to illustrate its commitment to the Victorian Government’s social procurement initiative with particular focus on increasing opportunities and expanding markets for ‘social benefit suppliers’. While ‘value for money’ continues to underpin CAH procurement activities, it is recognised that environmental, social and economic factors may be a core component of value for money.
