Success for another Expression of Interest

A newly established business asked Bidsmith’s bid writing team to help them prepare a response to a New South Wales Government Expression of Interest (EOI). The business owner had no tendering experience and had not written bids or proposal before. The owner realised that they needed help with bids, tenders and proposals if they were to be successful in winning government tenders.

Because our tender consultants write tenders every day, we were able to bring our experience from many similar tender submissions and winning tenders to this bid writing process.

Our bid writer took the time to explain the whole process to our client and to make sure they understood the reason why certain types of information needed to be included in the response document. The response was severely page-limited. This meant that our proposal writing approach needed a strategy that delivered our client’s key message clearly and succinctly.

The EOI was a success and our client was invited to participate in the tendering process.
