Our tender writing team wins again

A large construction company asked us to help them respond to an Expression of Interest to fit out a Federal Government department’s office complex. Having worked with us before, they knew that our tender writers are highly experienced in responding to government tenders. They wanted our tender consulting team as part of their tender writing team to ensure them the best chance of success.

Because we work on so many tenders, we brought relevant experience and knowledge of the building and the purchaser. In addition to our normal bid planning process, we used this knowledge from previous bids and proposals to inform the bid strategy. We were a great asset to the tender team.

The purchaser had elected to use a standard form of government request for expression of interest, which we are highly familiar with. Again this gave us great insight into the tender process. Even though the purchaser’s documents were from a template, we made sure that our client’s response was tailored to the project and the tender evaluators’ requirements.

Our bid manager’s approach allowed our client to clearly describe their approach to the project and the benefits that their team brought from their previous experience. We carefully selected team members with the right experience and case studies that showcased the company’s ability to deliver similar projects.

As a result, our client secured a place on the tender shortlist and was invited to submit a detailed tender proposal for the project.
