An organisation that never bids to the Australian Government came to us with a challenge – help them win a tender to service one of Australian’s most iconic residences.
Our client was familiar with the tender process from a purchaser’s perspective, but in this instance needed to submit a tender to win work. They wanted to win the contract to provide grounds maintenance for one of the Commonwealth Government’s premier residential properties.
