Employment tender win

Adding to the list of Bidsmith’s winning tenders is our recent work to help a client win a government tender for employment services. This was a nation-wide tender and our client wanted a tender consultant who could help them through the complete tender process to help create a professional tender response.

Our tender preparation service was exactly what they needed and we provided a bid management and tender writing service that perfectly complimented their in-house team. Using our experience from similar government and private bids and tenders, we worked closely with our client to develop the high level bid strategy and win themes.

From the agreed strategy our tender writer then used their bid writing skills to develop and refine responses for each of the evaluation criteria. In this case, instead of a traditional tender document, the response was lodged online using a tender portal. Such portals are often tricky to use and we always project manage the compilation and upload process on behalf of the bidding team.

This winning bid added to our already wide range of successful tenders and proposals, but more importantly it opened a new line of business for our client.
