We helped a new client get shortlisted for a Commonwealth Government museum project.
Having had limited success with tenders for Defence projects previously, this architect engaged Bidsmith to help them understand Defence tenders and to help prepare their registration of interest. Because of our previous experience, they determined that our services would increase their chance of winning.
We explained the whole tender process. We worked with our client for the entire response period, conducting bid strategy workshops and helping them to develop winning content for their submission. We helped them select the best team for the project and showcase their relevant previous experience. Our assistance removed some of the time consuming tasks from our client and greatly increased their chance of success.
The project included a museum, which required the tender writing team to develop bespoke solutions to meet the project’s specific requirements.
This success was very important for our client as it helped them break into a new sector and give them an opportunity to diversify their business. Their next step is read the tender documents and develop a winning tender to secure the project.
