Marine Construction Specialist Shortlisted

Having had limited success on previous similar tender opportunities, a specialist marine construction contractor contacted us to see if we could help them secure a place on a tender shortlist for a major project on Sydney Harbour.

We reviewed their previous submissions to provide feedback on the strengths and weaknesses and then workshopped strategies for the new opportunity. The result of this work was clear plan for the submission.

We worked with the contractor to write the proposal in accordance with the plan, helping them to showcase their offering in a positive way.

The result of our work was excellent.

Our client was shortlisted and was invited to provide further information and detailed pricing for the project.
