Another transport tender win

Building on many other successful tenders and proposals in the transport infrastructure sector, Bidsmith’s bid writing team has delivered another winning bid. This time we helped write a tender response for a Victorian Government tender. The tender process sought to procure an operator for one of Victoria’s ongoing transport emissions reductions programs and was one that our client’s business development team had tracked for months in advance.

Our client was impressed by our extensive experience with other relevant bids and proposals and engaged us to provide tender writing services for this procurement process. As they did not have any internal tender writers, it made sense for them to engage an external tender consultant who brought proposal writing and tender management skills to the task.

The tender documents required tenderers to respond to a range of capability and methodology evaluation criteria. Because we are professional tender writers with experience preparing similar bids and tenders at high win rates, we were able to develop a plan to help our client win. We then used our writing skills to document our client’s proposed solution along with evidence of their relevant experience, capability and capacity.
