Upgrade the existing Church Street Sewage Pump Station rising main by slip lining the failed asbestos cement (AC) pipeline with a corrosion-resistant PE100/PE100-RC rising main along the existing alignment. The downstream outfall manhole has already been rehabilitated following the failure, restoring its structural integrity.
