Provision of Cleaning Services

West Moreton Health is seeking Vendor proposals for the provision of Cleaning Services at the following West Moreton Hospital and Health Service facilities:
Ipswich Health Plaza, 21 Bell Street, Ipswich Qld 4305
Hayden Centre, 37 South Street, Ipswich Qld 4305
West Moreton Learning Centre, 40 South Street, Ipswich Qld 4305
East Street Clinic, 77 East Street, Ipswich Qld 4305
Goodna Community Health, 81 Queen Street, Goodna Qld 4300

The task, frequency and standard of cleaning has been developed for each facility based on the cleaning risk level in accordance with Strategic Operational Services Environmental Clean Services Guidelines. Cleaning Services shall be inclusive of administrative and/or clinical areas.The following is out-of-scope for this Contract:Cleaning of Medical Equipment/Gymnasium Equipment, Internal Cleaning of Plant Rooms, Electrical Switchboards and Fire Indicator Panels.Refer to Scope of Works in the Invitation to Offer documents.
