In addition, each supplier is required to complete and submit the eProjects - Form B - Supplier Statement as part of the application process.How to apply:- Review the attached ‘eProjects Plus Agreement v1.1’.- Download the attached ‘eProjects Plus - Form B - Supplier Statement v4.2’ and complete ready for upload.- Access the correct eForm link for the panel you wish to apply for:eProjects Panel(s) Online Application Form- Complete all required sections of the form accurately. Mandatory fields are marked with * and must be filled in.- Attach all supporting documentation as specified in the form. Incomplete submissions may not be assessed.- Submit your application only via the eForm process.
