In addition to this, each supplier is required to complete and submit either the eProjects - Form B - Supplier Statement and/or Cyber Security - Form C - Supplier Statement as part of the application process.How to apply:- Review the attached ‘e Projects Panel Agreement v1.1’.- Download the required ‘eProjects - Form B - Supplier Statement v3.4’ and/or ‘Cyber Security - Form C - Supplier Statement v 3.3’ and complete ready for upload.- Access the correct eForm link for the panel you wish to apply for:eProjects Panel(s) Online Application FormCyber Security Online Application Form- Complete all required sections of the online form accurately. Mandatory fields are marked with * and must be filled in.- Attach all supporting documentation as specified in the form. Incomplete submissions may not be assessed.- Submit your application only via the eForm process.
