Growing and Renewing Public Housing REOI

To supplement the Growing and Renewing Public Housing plan, Housing ACT, Community Services Directorate seeks proposals through REOI
for the following categories of property:

a) Land Only;

b) House and Land Packages (established dwellings, under construction or in design/to be built);

c) Multi-unit developments of no more than 30 residences (established complexes, under construction or in design/to be built);

d) Multi-unit developments where the proposal is for the sale of individual units in a larger development; and

e) Any other proposal that would meet the Commissioner’s needs.

Proposals will be considered with or without an approved Development Application (DA). Further information is detailed within the REOI.
