Success for Covid Vaccine Tender

We always have the pleasure and challenge of working on tenders for topical goods and services and the last 12 months have been no different. We’ve helped many businesses respond to Covid-19 related tenders. Recently our client and bid writing team were rewarded with another success. We helped a client get shortlisted in an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Covid-19 vaccine administration.

As information about Covid vaccines was gradually released and governments began to develop administration strategies, we helped our client prepare for several tender processes so that they were ready for any potential tender response. Because of our experience in similar bids and proposals, we moved quickly to provide a bid writer who had written similar tender submissions.

An early tender opportunity was a state government EOI and our client asked our tender writers to focus our efforts on this as the first task. They also identified a possible Queensland tender that was due to be released.

The tender documents asked for information about how providers would manage the entire process and manage vaccine doses across the priority recipients. In response, we helped our client showcase their insight into the requirement and provide a detailed methodology for service delivery.
