We’re proud to have helped another great business navigate the tender process and win a new contract. A mechanical maintenance business in Queensland needed our tender writing service to help them respond to a Brisbane City Council tender for mechanical maintenance services in multiple locations. The wanted a tender consultant with a proven track record of being able to write winning tenders.

Working as a team, we allocated two tender writers to help with this tender response. We completely reviewed the tender document to fully understand the council’s requirements and then our bid writer worked with our client to develop the content.

To support the submission, we showcased relevant case studies that demonstrated that our client had the right experience to deliver this scope of work. As a result, even though this business rarely needs to write tender submissions, the proposal they presented was very high quality and secured them the contract.
