Cascade Pier Upgrades – Statutory Approvals Documentation

The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to manage and deliver all planning, environmental, heritage, and regulatory approvals required for the Cascade Pier Upgrades Project on Norfolk Island. The successful supplier will prepare, coordinate and progress all necessary assessments, studies, applications and supporting documentation to obtain statutory approvals, including compliance with the Norfolk Island Planning Act, the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act), and other relevant Commonwealth and Norfolk Island legislative requirements, culminating in a complete, coordinated and construction-ready approvals package to enable a commencement of works.
