Engineering Infrastructure Replacement - The Prince Charles Hospital - Principal Contractor

TPCH essential engineering infrastructure supporting the campus – standby generation, main low voltage (LV) distribution and central chilled water plant – has reached the end of its serviceable life and requires replacement to maintain the resilience, capacity and compliance of the facility.The infrastructure to be replaced serves the whole of the operational hospital campus. It must remain in service, or be supported by equivalent temporary capacity, for the duration of the works. All works will therefore be undertaken within a live, occupied clinical environment operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no acceptable unplanned loss of essential power or cooling to clinical services.MNHHS is seeking to understand the level of interest, capability and capacity of the market to deliver these works in the role of PC, provide details of previous or current service delivery arrangements if applicable.Please refer to EOI Principal Contractor P3 Infrastructure Replacement 21092026 for further information.
