Bendigo Kangan Institute - Employee Assistance Program

Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking to procure a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service to support employee’s and immediate family members mental health. The procurement includes the provision of confidential short-term counselling services, manager support and consultation, critical incident response, specialist support services (including financial, legal and family violence support), wellbeing education and training, digital wellbeing resources (where offered), reporting and analytics, and dedicated account management services. The services will be delivered to a diverse workforce of approximately 1,500 employees located across metropolitan and regional Victoria, and interstate locations. Service delivery must be available via face-to-face, telephone and virtual channels, with 24/7 access to crisis support and critical incident response capability.
