Austin Health is seeking a specialist provider to establish a reliable starting point for future improvement. The engagement is a focused discovery review, not the commencement of a transformation program and not the validation of a predetermined solution.The initial engagement does not include detailed solution design, implementation, procurement of operational services, legal advice, engineering design or system implementation. Any further work would be subject to separate approval and engagement.Austin Health expects a practical, fixed-fee engagement in the order of $25,000 excluding GST, delivered over approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Respondents should propose a proportionate approach and identify the expertise of the personnel who will personally perform the work.
