Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) currently supports rural GP services through commissioned private general practices across the North Burnett and rural Bundaberg regions. These services are delivered through a mix of third-party management arrangements and WBHHS-employed Medical Practitioners operating under Private Practice agreements.WBHHS is seeking responses from interested parties who wish to collaborate in co-designing and delivering sustainable, integrated and community-aligned rural primary care models for the future.This EOI invites high-level concepts that strengthen rural GP access and build resilient service pathways in thin markets.WBHHS is particularly interested in solutions that deliver:a) patient-centred careb) integrated service pathwaysc) sustainable and resilient rural GP modelsd) strong alignment with community needs and expectations.WBHHS welcomes innovative concepts and enhanced service offerings.
