Toora Water Treatment Plant – Disinfection Safety Improvements South Gippsland Water is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Toora Water Treatment Plant Disinfection Safety Improvements Project. The project includes, but is not limited to: - Repurposing the existing chlorine gas disinfection room to accommodate bulk sodium hypochlorite storage and dosing facilities.- Decommissioning and removal of the existing chlorine gas disinfection system. - Supply and installation of a new sodium hypochlorite bulk storage tank. - Installation of associated sodium hypochlorite delivery, transfer and dosing infrastructure.- Associated electrical, control, instrumentation, safety and ancillary works required to deliver a complete and operational disinfection system.
