Victorian School Building Authority Capital Works Program (EOI-2026R1)
The Victorian School Building Authority is inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for main contractor services for capital works projects.
The current Expression of Interest issued is for construction projects being tendered from September 2026.
Contractors must be registered with the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Construction Supplier Register (CSR) as a commercial contractor, "New Commercial Construction" and at the minimum pre-qualification limit specified for each project in order to be eligible to respond to this Expression of Interest.

Contractors must respond through the online survey (link above) and not through this EOI.
The closing date for the EOI is Friday, 21st August 2026 at 5:00 PM.
