WTP Grit & Screenings Plant

Melbourne Water (MW) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Design & Construct services for the Western Treatment Plant Grit & Screenings Plant (WTPGSP) project. Successful shortlisted Respondents to this EOI will be invited to participate in the following RFP. The EOI will be conducted through MW's procurement system called Zycus. All submissions must be lodged through Zycus and all queries/clarifications are to be directed through the Zycus eForum.Access to the EOI is via the following Zycus link: https://zsn.zycus.com/guest (sourcing event number 1222442574).Respondents must first submit an unamended executed confidentiality deed poll (instructions as per the EOI) to Zycus event 1222442574. Respondents will then be invited to a second Zycus event for the EOI submission and provide access to project information.Respondents are able to submit their executed confidentiality deed poll until 14:00 AEST, Monday 14 September 2026. Respondents that do not submit their confidentiality deed by this close date, will not be invited to the second Zycus event and will not be able to formally lodge an EOI proposal. Refer to Zycus guides attached to this tender notice for registration and setup details.The closing date for this EOI is 14:00 AEST, Monday 21 September 2026.An optional Industry Briefing Session will be held in person at Melbourne Water's Head Office (990 La Trobe St, Docklands, VIC 3008) on Monday, 17 August 2026. Respondents must register their attendance with the Contact Officer by no later than 14:00 AEST, Thursday 13 August 2026.
