Only Tenderers prequalified at prequalification level B2 and F2 at the time of closing of tenders will be eligible to tender on this Contract. 2. All tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit during the tender period in order to see: a. The site constraints, to determine where they would set up their EWPs during the Works b. The access constraints of the Barrier elements to be coated An elevated working platform and operator will be provided by DTP, that can take one of the tenderer’s representatives up to the Barriers at a time. Each tenderer will be given an individual session lasting one hour. 3.
