Provision of Cleaning Services for Bribie Island Research Facility

The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through Research Infrastructure, requires the provision of cleaning services for Bribie Island Research Facility.
Cleaning tasks are completed on a scheduled basis, ranging from daily cleaning tasks to annual and on-demand activities. Tasks undertaken are grouped into five service categories:
Flooring,
Window Glass, Sills & Internal Walls, Ceilings
Toilets, washrooms, showers and locker rooms,
Kitchen and breakout areas, and
Office areas, hallways, lab rooms and furniture
The Supplier will be required to supply the required consumables, plant and equipment to undertake the services. The initial contract term is till 31 October 2027; with two (2) 12-month extension options. The complete contract requirements are specified in Schedule 1 of the attached ‘Contract Details’.
