25/26 ARP Bus stop accessibility upgrades - Construction

This procurement involves works to cover the construction of Bus Stop Accessibility Upgrades to meet the DDA compliance. Refer to Construction tender drawing for details.The budget for the project is capped. The Construction Tender Schedule lists 12 bus stop sites and a provisional sum (Pay Item 1-13) that form the tender price.There are 4 sites (Pay Item 14-17) that are to be priced but are not included in the tender price. One or more of the 4 sites may be added into the contract. An extension of time of 1 week per site will be added to the contract period if requested. No loss of profit and overhead will be paid for pay items 14-17 if they are not constructed.
