This is a Lump Sum Contract for the provision of all plant, labour and materials necessary for the construction of the relevant civil, industrial building, mechanical and electrical works including minor design components for the new dewatering building, stair access tower, loading bay, odour treatment and associated structures and temporary works. A highly recommended but non-mandatory Tender Information session will be held at Gippsland Water – Warragul Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 240a Albert Road, Warragul at 11:00 AM (AEST) on Thursday, 13 August 2026.
