Regional Aids to Navigation Maintenance Services

The ATM seeks suitably qualified provider(s) who can deliver the provision of AtoN maintenance and related services on a regional basis, in accordance with the Statement of Requirements and the Draft Contract. 
AMSA is responsible for providing an effective system of marine AtoN to the commercial shipping industry that meets the standards set by the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA).
The Aids to Navigation (AtoN) Network administered by AMSA consists of approximately 485 aids to navigation located at approximately 360 sites around Australia’s coastline which assist mariners to make safe and efficient passages. The AtoN (and associated equipment) comprise a variety of structures and systems across the AtoN Network that are required to be maintained throughout their useful life. 
AMSA will maintain the AtoN Network through seven (7) separate regional contracts. The regional contracts will be supported by a centralised technical support contract. This contract does not form part of this ATM.
The scope of the regional AtoN maintenance services contract(s) requires Contractor(s) to undertake planned Essential Maintenance Activities and Minor Corrective Maintenance under a fixed price arrangement. Additional Services, AtoN Fault and Failure Response Services and Asset and Spare Part replenishment shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Draft Contract and Statement of Requirements. 
Tenderers may submit a Tender Response for one (1) or more regions, including all regions. Only one Contractor will be selected to provide the services for each Region. A Contractor may be selected to provide services for more than one Region.
