Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Air Conditioning Upgrade at Illawarra Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to upgrading the existing air conditioning units to nominated area within school following a power upgrade as outlined in specifications provided. A detailed specification describing the extent of the Works required for this project are included separately within the Annexure 1.
