Statewide Waste Management Services

The opportunity The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a proposal for the provision of Waste Management Services and Reporting across DEECA’s metropolitan and regional sites throughout Victoria. Suppliers must demonstrate significant experience and capability in delivering comprehensive waste management services, including waste collection, disposal, resource recovery, recycling initiatives, data management, and reporting. Responses should outline the supplier’s approach to service delivery, continuous improvement, sustainability outcomes, and compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. This RFT package outlines the requirements, conditions and information governing the procurement process, structured to provide a clear understanding of the scope, participation rules, timelines, contractual expectations and response format.
