Overview - The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites tenders from organisations interested in delivering critical network wide asset management and maintenance services for 2027 Road Asset Management Contract (RAMC), South Coast Region.Minimum Prequalification Requirements - R2 and B1 (Major), A2 (Minor), F75 (Financial), and desired design prequalification levels such as HE1, HD1, TE1, GE1, BD1, CE1, ES1, FC1, and DAI1.Only prequalified contractors will be allowed access to the tender documents on QBuild eTender.Access Tender Documentation - Eligible tenderers can be provided access to the tender documents on QBuild eTender site (https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/) by emailing [email protected] with the below details:

Note that Tenderers must also meet all minimum Prequalification Requirements to receive and access the Network Condition Data.Network Condition Data - Tenderers that did not receive the Network Condition Data as part of Notice to Tenders (NTT 01) dated 19 March 2026, can request access by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible or before the final cut-off date for Network Condition Data requests at 2:00pm AEST, 15 May 2026.As previously advertised on 27 February 2026, the inability to access, failure to request access, or late access to the network condition data prior to tender submission will not be considered a valid basis for requesting an extension to the tender submission deadline.Tender Queries - Any queries relating to this tender can be directed to [email protected]. The final date for requests for information or clarifications will be 10 business days prior to the tender submission date.Tender Submission - Tenders shall be submitted as electronic only through https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/.The closing time and date for Lodgement of Tenders is 2:00pm AEST 29 July 2026.
