Work Safe Victoria is seeking the services of a suitably qualified organisation(s) to provide an Employee Assistance Program, Critical incident, and proactive Early Intervention services at all sites and locations of work.WorkSafe is seeking responses for the delivery of these Services from October 2026, for an initial three-year term, with the option for extension by a further three-year term. Service - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) / Critical Incident (CI) EAP - WorkSafe’s EAP aims to assist and support WorkSafe employees reduce stress by resolving or working through personal, family and/or workplace issues. The EAP is a short term, confidential, professional, psychological counselling service, typically initiated by the employee. Employees retain responsibility for their own treatment and other choices. EAP services include telephone, online and face to face counselling options.CI - CI services are based on early intervention principles, to support challenging workplace events that have a probability of causing employee distress.Service - Early Intervention (EI) EI - programs are proactive psychological coaching services to employees in teams at risk of cumulative trauma.
