Seeking suitable contractors for the construction of the new change building and dining room worksThe works include but are not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary for the supply and complete installation of all general requirements inclusive of all necessary accessories required to complete the work.The scope of the works shall encompass the following as identified in all associated documentation:Setup, and removal of Building site area including all required temporary fencing, facilities, amenities and services required for the construction of the works.The construction of a new single storey building inclusive of all nominated sub-contract works;All associated demolition works required on site to accommodate the new works;All associated site works including excavation, and pathsProvision of all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic services;The provision of all fittings and fixtures where nominated and all necessary ‘in-wall’ supports for fittings and fixtures.Relocation of existing portable buildingLandscape works
