Air Conditioning and Fresh Air Upgrade – Room 1.C.15 (IPM office) & Nurses Office next door
Scope of Requirements Following on from the provided dilapidation report and proposed sketch
Supply & Installation of 3x new Daikin Split Systems
- Complete refrigerant recovery of the existing systems
- Disconnect existing pipework and power supplies from the outdoor units and remove the outdoor units
- Complete pressure test on pipework to confirm existing pipework integrity
- Following successful pressure depressurize system
- Remove 3x Cassette Indoor Units from Nurses office and
1.C.15 IPM office
- Extend existing pipework and condensate lines to suit new cassette locations within the middle of the offices
- Supply & Install 3x New Daikin Cassette Indoor units as recommended - 2x Indoor FCU's off Multi-head Split system for room 1.C.15 (IPM office) & a 9kw (Nurses office)
Standalone Cassette Split System for the Nurses office.
- Supply & install 2x Daikin Condensers for the 3x Indoor Units - Complete electrical connections and pipework connections with new mounting feet
- Complete standing pressure test of the systems to confirm pipework integrity
- Charge systems with R32 refrigerant as required by the manufacturers data
- Test run systems and confirm correct operation Fresh air supply
- Supply & Install approx. 35m of new Outside Air Ductwork serving the 2x Offices. Including new Outside Air Fan, Filter Plenum, VCD's, Fire
Damper, Grilles and Filters.
- Outside air fan to be controlled by existing FCU control circuit - Runs on the same signal as the existing Common area Fan Coil Unit
- Complete commissioning and balancing of system
- Provide commissioning data to Hospital Facilities Include :
-Provision for works to be completed out of operational hours
- Suitable fire damper for the fire wall
